I am an end-to-end software developer — but years in executive and management roles mean I read the business problem first, then build the thing that makes it disappear.

I have always sat in the gap between business and code — close enough to build the whole thing myself, experienced enough to see the real problem first. The technology is never the point; the result is.

These days most of my energy goes into automation and AI: CRM platforms, data pipelines and AI agents (Claude Code, OpenAI, OpenClaw) that take the repetitive, soul-draining work off people’s plates. I work spec-first — specification before code, following the BMAD method — so there is less rework and the timeline holds.

Along the way I have shipped a Medicare-billing platform that replaced the manual work of dozens of staff, a small fleet of bots that snap up appointment slots and event tickets in seconds — booking a state exam against 50:1 odds among them — and scrapers that pull millions of records past Akamai, Kasada and hCaptcha. My rule of thumb: no unsolvable problems — only a question of resource.
